When I do a custom build for a client, they will get a competitive price with quality and service that very few can emulate. I use only the highest grade sustainable products on the market. All hardware is of the best quality. I feel that the customer should never second guess their decision to go with Cascade Finish & Trim for any reason. Along with quality and service, I focus on style, detail options, and competitive prices. These are what I obsess over.
Tom Fabis – The Man Behind Cascade
My background in woodworking goes back to when I was a boy. I remember taking old boards lying around and scrounging up old bent nails to bang together a ladder. I dragged it out to the woods to get up in a tree! In high school, I had a part time job at a door and molding shop, then a cabinet shop. I went out on my own in 1993 and began Cascade Finish & Trim. My philosophy has been to continue to learn my craft.
When I was working for the door and molding shop and the cabinet shop back in the 80s and early 90s, I learned a lot about the industry. But I also knew I was going to go my own direction. I was 24 years old, had a wife, two babies, a couple of small side jobs and $500 on a credit card and off on my own I went. Along the way you meet the people who become a part of your story and it makes it all possible.
I love what I do everyday, and I hope to show even more clients that passion for many years to come.
